Vijay delivered a thunderous speech against Sri Lanka which has been killing Tamil Fishermen from Tamil Nadu. Sri Lanka which tops the list of failed nations has consistently shown a racist, chauvinist mentality against Tamils.
Previously, the Sri Lankan government successfully performed a genocide on Eelam Tamils who were fighting against the oppressive sinhalese government. Now Sri Lanka has brazenly started killing Tamils from across the border. Vijay has delivered on if the fieriest speeches ever in Nagapattinam about the killings of Tamil Fishermen. IlayaThalabathy urged his fans to send telegrams to the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu and the Prime Minister of India about these brutalities.
A minute's silence was also observed in memory of Parvathi Amma (Hon. Velupillai Prahakaran's mother), Pandian and Jayakumar.
