Vijay Donates Cows to Poor Tamils in Udumalpet
In the eve of Diwali, Our Ilaya Thalabathy has donated 108 cows to poor families in Udumalpet, Coimbatore. He said, "Many families do not have any money to buy Crackers, Clothes and Sweets for their kids. The famous Chinese proverb says 'Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime' . So instead of giving money to poor families, I am giving cows, so that they can earn a livelihood."
Velayutham shooting is held in Udumalpet Village near Coimbatore. After the shooting time, Vijay has been spending time looking around the village. After seeing the hardship of the villagers, Vijay started thinking about how to help the poor. After thinking for a long time, Vijay came up with the idea of donating good breed cows capable of giving lot of milk.
