Plot:

The story opens with a big estate owner and industrialist Indra Devi (Kushboo) and her personal assistant Priya (Rambha). Indra Devi has a peculiar lifestyle. She only hires women to work in her house and in company. She insists that women are better than men and they should not involve any men in their lifestyle.

Kaasi (Vijay) is a carefree youth who is being chased by the are sub inspector (R.Sundarrajan) and ends up in Indra Devi's house. He finds Indra Devi and Priya tied up and being threatened by Rowdies. He saves them and becomes familiar. Later he finds them stranded without a driver, and gets a job as a car driver for Indra Devi. He is the first male worker in Indra Devi's life.

Aishwarya (Monica) the younger sister of Indra Devi comes from Germany. He constantly fights with Kaasi. Meanwhile Priya falls in love with Kaasi. Indra Devi slowly changes her mind and starts hiring male workers. She now has a male security and has a Male cook by name Mani (Manivannan) and his daughter Vadivu.

One day Priya is seen singing and dancing with Kaasi. Indra Devi gets upset and sends both of them packing. When leaving, Kaasi explains that men are indispensable in any woman's life. ^vijaysfan.com^Indra Devi realizes the truth and goes to Vedachalam (Mansoor Ali Khan) and his son Ashok (Karan) to seek an arranged marriage fir Aishwarya. Ashok gets delighted and goes to meet Aishwarya. He finds Aishwarya hand in hand with Kaasi and they are in love.

They both tell Ashok a flashback where they were both in Germany and fell in love. Kaasi's real name is Kannan and he is a big industrialist in Germany. His father is Mani. Aishwarya explains her sister's peculiar habit and Kannan's family decides to come to Tamil Nadu to change Indra Devi's mind. They must plan an elaborate plot where all the members of the family work in her house to change her mind.

Now, Indra Devi goes to apologize to Kaasi (Kannan) and finds that she has been duped. She gets Kannan and his family arrested. Now, Vedachalam will do anything to get his son married to Aishwarya. Also, Indra Devi is upset with Kaasi because she thinks she was cheated?

What happens next? Did Kannan (kaasi) and Aishwarya finally get married? What happened to Priya? Watch the movie to find out!!

Plot:

Gokul (Vijay) is the son of Sandhana Goundar (Vinu Chakravarthy) who has a repetitive dream. In his dream, there appears a beautiful girl with a mole on her hip. He is not able to see her face in the dream. Gokul has two elder sisters, two brother in laws and an uncle (Mani Vannan) who live as a joint family.

Santhana Koundar wants to arrange a bride for Gokul. He visits Savithri to tell her he does not like her and is in love with an other girl.She does not listen to him and he returns home. Savithri's younger sister returns to her hometown, who is none other than Swapna.

One day, Swapna overhears Gokul talking to her father where he explains that he does not want to marry Savithri. However, she also knows that Savithri is so much in love with Gokul. Plot:

Siluvai (Vijay) is a fisherman who goes into the ocean everyday to catch fish and earns a livelihood. He sells fish for cheap and earns the wrath of other fishermen. The boat owner Dubai (Mani Vannan) helps Siluvai out by renting his boat.

One day a young girl Philomina (Sanghavi) has a minor accident, but Siluvai forces her to pay too much as compensation. Slowly she starts meeting him often. Siluvai gets into trouble often and his father (Vinu Chakravarthi) bails him out. Philomina and Siluvai become close friends.

Plot:

Preethi tries to talk to Sandhya, but she is unmovable. Vasudevan becomes suspicious of Ganesh and Sandhya and uses Physical force on him. He also verbally abuses Sandhya, even though she tries to explain her innocence. She is forced to leave town because of this.

Ganesh finds her whereabouts and leaves his Father to go out of town and find her. As he is roaming around trying to find her, his Father has an accident and passes away. His friends desperately try to find his whereabouts, but they cannot trace him. Peter ends up performing the last rites for Ganesh's father. Ganesh arrives and gets heart broken that he could not even perform the cremation for his father.

Plot:

Plot:

In a bizarre twist of events, they are caught by terrorists and are kept as hostages. They both endure a lot of trouble in these conditions, but their love is inseparable. Plot:

Jeevandham alias Jeeva (Vijay) is the only son of a couple: Chandrasekhar ( Sivakumar) and Mahalakshmi (Srividhya). They change their minds and realize that they cannot get married hurting the feelings of their family members. They both go back to their families, without getting married. Jeeva goes to his house, where his Parents find him silent and heartbroken. Mini is received by her family with suspicion of losing her virginity, however they forgive her.

Plot:

Gopal (Goundamani) is a jobless man pretending to be an L.I.C officer, who lives in a colony with other tenants. He and the other tenants live without paying rent. Balu (Vijay) comes from Coimbatore and Gopal helps him get accomodated there.

Sumithra (Sanghavi) is the grand daughter of Nirmalamma who owns the colony. Balu and Sumithra teach other and slowly become close. Nirmalamma also likes Balu and want him to marry Sumithra and take care of her. When Balu approaches Sumithra, unfortunately he is framed as a thief, and Sumithra starts hating him.

Mahesh (Karan) comes from delhi, who is a relative of Sumithra. He tries to get her into marriage. When Balu tries to explain his love for Sumithra, Mahesh turns the situation against him. Mahesh who is determined to get Sumithra at any cost, tries to kill Nirmalamma who is in his way. First he tries to kill her by opening the cooking gas in kitchen. When that fails, he electrocutes her and she gets admitted in the intensive care unit.

Now, (©vijaysfan.com) Balu tries hard to prove to Sumithra that he is a good man. Sumithra finally finds out about the evil side of Mahesh.
